How It Works
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Since some items are personalized or made to order, processing time before shipment does vary, but will be no longer than 5 business days. Once the item has shipped, it can take between 2-8 business days to arrive. There may be delays due to COVID-19 and Holiday rushes with the post office. I will be closing my shop on Dec. 16 so place your order by then to ensure it will arrive before Christmas!
All packaging is recycled or reused material in order to cut down the carbon footprint of Liz Lyons Lettering.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Everything You Need to Know
Non-custom shop items can be returned if there is valid damage or defects. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to initialize the return. Item must be shipped back in its original packaging and refund will be issued upon receipt.
Due to their nature, customized items cannot be returned. If there is valid damage or defects when delivered, a refund can be issued if we are notified within 14 days of receipt with a photo of damage.
