Liz Lyons Lettering aims to provide an excellent customer experience, one that will keep you coming back time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING

How It Works

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (larger items). Since some items are personalized or made to order, processing time before shipment does vary, but will be no longer than 5 business days. Once the item has shipped, it typically takes between 2-8 business days to arrive. There may be  delays from the Postal Service due to COVID-19. Placing orders well in advance will allow for some buffer. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact me through the Contact page with your request.

All packaging is recycled or reused material in order to cut down the carbon footprint of Liz Lyons Lettering. We encourage you to also reuse and/or recycle these materials.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

Non-custom shop items can be returned if there is valid damage or defects. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to initialize the return. Item must be shipped back in its original packaging and refund will be issued upon receipt.

Due to their nature, customized items cannot be returned. If there is valid damage or defects when delivered, a refund can be issued if we are notified within 14 days of receipt with a photo of damage.
